1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations are subject to the specific type of service requested:
Site Visits, Land Surveys, and Plotting: You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled site visit or surveying appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a nominal cancellation fee to cover our team’s deployment costs.
Legal and Registry Assistance: Requests for cancellation of document drafting, registry assistance, or Khatauni/mutation services will only be accepted if the physical or legal processing has not yet begun. Once applications are filed with government authorities, the service cannot be canceled.
Fencing and Land Management Projects: For physical projects (fencing, leveling, organic farm setups), cancellations must be requested before raw materials are purchased or labor is deployed. If work has already commenced, cancellation will only be granted for the remaining unexecuted portion of the project.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund guidelines are structured based on the consulting and service-oriented nature of our platform:
Consulting and Brokerage Fees: Advance tokens or consulting fees paid for land trading negotiations are strictly non-refundable if the transaction is canceled by the buyer or seller after the initial agreements are drafted.
Government Fees and Taxes: Any amount paid toward stamp duty, government registry charges, legal challans, or court fees is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, as these go directly to the state government.
Partial Services: If a service (like a land survey or fencing) is partially completed and you choose to terminate the contract, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. You will only be billed for the labor and materials already utilized.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Failed or Double Transactions
If money is deducted from your account multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please notify us immediately. We will verify the transaction and initiate a full refund for the duplicate amount within 3 business days.

भूमिन (Bhumin) को चुनने के लिए धन्यवाद। हम ज़मीन की खरीद-बिक्री, ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग, ज़मीन की पैमाइश और कानूनी सहायता में पारदर्शी और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली सेवाएँ प्रदान करने का प्रयास करते हैं। कृपया कोई भी भुगतान करने या हमारी सेवाएँ बुक करने से पहले हमारी रिफंड और रद्दीकरण नीति को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1. रद्दीकरण नीति (Cancellation Policy)
हम समझते हैं कि योजनाएँ बदल सकती हैं। रद्दीकरण (Cancellation) आपके द्वारा चुनी गई सेवा के प्रकार पर निर्भर करता है:
साइट विज़िट, ज़मीन की पैमाइश और प्लॉटिंग: आप निर्धारित साइट विज़िट या पैमाइश के समय से 24 घंटे पहले तक बिना किसी अतिरिक्त शुल्क के उसे रद्द कर सकते हैं या समय बदल सकते हैं। 24 घंटे से कम समय में रद्द करने पर हमारी टीम के आने-जाने के खर्च को कवर करने के लिए एक मामूली रद्दीकरण शुल्क (Cancellation fee) लिया जा सकता है।
कानूनी और रजिस्ट्री सहायता: दस्तावेज़ तैयार करने, रजिस्ट्री सहायता या खतौनी/दाखिल-खारिज सेवाओं को रद्द करने का अनुरोध केवल तभी स्वीकार किया जाएगा जब तक कि उसकी कानूनी प्रक्रिया शुरू न हुई हो। एक बार जब आवेदन सरकारी अधिकारियों के पास जमा कर दिए जाते हैं, तो सेवा को रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता।
फेंसिंग (तारबाड़) और लैंड मैनेजमेंट प्रोजेक्ट: भौतिक कार्यों (फेंसिंग, समतलीकरण, ऑर्गेनिक फार्म सेटअप) के लिए, कच्चे माल की खरीद या मज़दूरों के काम शुरू करने से पहले ही रद्दीकरण का अनुरोध किया जाना चाहिए। यदि काम शुरू हो चुका है, तो केवल बचे हुए (अपूर्ण) काम के लिए ही रद्दीकरण स्वीकार किया जाएगा।
2. रिफंड नीति (Refund Policy)
हमारे रिफंड के दिशा-निर्देश हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म की परामर्श और सेवा-आधारित प्रकृति को ध्यान में रखकर बनाए गए हैं:
कंसल्टिंग और ब्रोकरेज फीस: ज़मीन के सौदे की बातचीत के लिए दिए गए एडवांस टोकन या कंसल्टिंग फीस पूरी तरह से नॉन-रिफंडेबल (वापस न होने योग्य) हैं, यदि शुरुआती एग्रीमेंट (Agreement) बनने के बाद खरीदार या विक्रेता द्वारा सौदा रद्द किया जाता है।
सरकारी शुल्क और टैक्स: स्टाम्प ड्यूटी, सरकारी रजिस्ट्री शुल्क, कानूनी चालान या कोर्ट फीस के रूप में दी गई कोई भी राशि किसी भी परिस्थिति में 100% नॉन-रिफंडेबल है, क्योंकि यह सीधे राज्य सरकार को जाती है।
आंशिक सेवाएँ (Partial Services): यदि कोई सेवा (जैसे पैमाइश या फेंसिंग) आंशिक रूप से पूरी हो गई है और आप अनुबंध (Contract) को समाप्त करना चाहते हैं, तो रिफंड की गणना काम के आधार पर (Pro-rata) की जाएगी। आपसे केवल इस्तेमाल किए गए श्रम (Labour) और सामग्री का ही शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
प्रोसेसिंग का समय: मंज़ूर किए गए रिफंड को 5 से 7 कार्य दिवसों (Business days) के भीतर संसाधित किया जाएगा और आपके भुगतान के मूल तरीके (Original method of payment) में वापस कर दिया जाएगा।
3. विफल या दोहरे लेनदेन (Failed or Double Transactions)
यदि तकनीकी खराबी या पेमेंट गेटवे की समस्या के कारण एक ही लेनदेन के लिए आपके खाते से कई बार पैसे कट जाते हैं, तो कृपया हमें तुरंत सूचित करें। हम लेनदेन की पुष्टि करेंगे और 3 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर अतिरिक्त राशि का पूरा रिफंड शुरू कर देंगे।
