• Land Trading: Our consulting fee or brokerage commission for facilitating a deal between a buyer and a seller is charged based on a pre-agreed contract.

• Land Survey & Plotting: The surveying fee is determined by the size of the land (Square feet/Bigha) and the number of days required to complete the work.

• Organic Farming and Land Management: The cost of converting vacant land into a cultivable farm depends on the land’s current condition, soil test reports, and the resources required (fertilizers, seeds, machinery). We provide a detailed quotation for this only after conducting a thorough site visit.

• Land Fencing: The cost of constructing boundary walls or wire fencing is calculated based on the materials used (concrete, iron wire, etc.) and the total running feet of the land.

• Legal Assistance: Our professional service fee is fixed; however, expenses related to stamp duty, challans, and registry depend entirely on prevailing government rates, which must be borne directly by the client.

2. Payment Terms

• An advance payment is mandatory before the commencement of any major physical project (such as fencing or an organic farming setup).

• The remaining balance is collected in installments upon the completion of various predefined stages of the work (stage-wise).

• We only accept payments through official bank accounts and secure digital payment gateways.

3. Service Delivery and Timelines

We strive to complete all projects on time, but real estate and agricultural work depend on several external factors:

• Site Visits and Consultation: Our team will contact you and complete a scheduled site visit within 24 to 48 hours of booking.

• Fencing and Plotting Work: We will provide an estimated timeline before initiating any physical work. This timeframe may vary slightly due to weather conditions (such as heavy rain) or labor availability.

• Legal Procedures and Registry: The time required for paperwork and administrative tasks like mutation (Dakhil-Kharij) depends entirely on the processing speed and working days of the respective government offices.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Delays)

Delays in service delivery may occur due to natural disasters, heavy rainfall, sudden changes in government regulations, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will keep our clients fully informed and make every effort to complete the work as soon as possible.
